Listening on several devices?

Listening on several devices?

Tried to increase the number of devices we can listen on in our family subscription, by signing up for a family +2 subscription. Sent invitation to me and my wife, but we were not able to accept the link, told we are already subscribing to the account. What do we do? (Would like to be able to listen both on Sonos at home and on our phones at the same time)

Each family member has to have a separate username and password. So the first step is to create a new account for your wife (if you haven't already).

You can create it here:

https://www.spotify.com/signup/

I suggest creating it with an email address, since you'll be able to pick a spotify username / password. Using facebook will not let you do that, and that sometimes causes problems.

You'll now have a Free account, so the next step is for her to join your Family plan (You're the one who pays, so you'll be the Family Admin).

Send the invite to the email you used to create your wife's new account. Accept the invite and you'll be set. Both will be able to listen to music at the same time, and will have separate libraries, playlists and friends.
