Log-in nicht mehr möglich (seit auslandsaufenthalt)

Ich kann mich seit einem 5-wöchigen englandaufenthalt nicht mehr in der iphone-app anmelden. Meldung: Es exisitert bereits ein Konto mit meiner Email-Adresse.
Jedoch kann ich mich auf der spotify-website ohne probleme anmelden und als land ist auch deutschland richtig eingestellt.

Was kann ich tun? (Deinstallation, passwort zurückgesetzt schon ohne erfolg versucht)

Hey @567a

 

It sounds like you are trying to login with your email address.

 

You need to login with your username and password. Can you try that instead?

It sounds like you are trying to login with your email address.

 

You need to login with your username and password. Can you try that instead?
