Login Password Problems

My email / password combination doesn't work.  Then I request to change the password but an email to reset is never received (both inbox and junk folders).  Then I try to create a new login using the same email and I am told that the email already is assigned to a user so a new subscription cannot be made.  

Just going around in circles.

Thanks for reaching out. In this case, I'd recommend you get in contact with Spotify's support team here. They will be able to take a look backstage and hopefully help you out.
