My Question or Issue

I am unable to log into my Spotify account. I log in using my Google account normally, but now, whenever I attempt to log in, it says "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area". I have already checked a bunch of threads with similar problems and attempted their solutions, but none of them worked or were applicable to me.

Troubleshooting I've tried:
-Changing browsers. The issue appears in both Chrome and Firefox.
-Waiting. I've waited hours with no change.
-I haven't moved countries and am using the same device, so it's not an issue of too much time abroad.
-Clearing the cache and cookies.
-Logging in using a different account. I was able to log in with a separate account on this desktop, but my main account continues to give the error.
-Resetting my password. When I attempt to do so, no password reset e-mail gets sent.
-Checked Spotify's server status (server seems to be fine).

The account I'm posting this with is not the account with the problem. I can't even log into that account in order to post this message, and would rather not post the e-mail account publicly.

Further details:
-I have tried to sign in on two different mobile devices and the same problem occurred on both.
-Using this account, I've tried to access my playlists from the account with the issue. However, half of my playlists appear to be missing. Normally I have about 9-10 playlists on that account. I currently have 4 visible.

It's quite a bit of troubleshooting you've been through (kudos for checking everything!). In this case, we'd suggest contacting our Customer Support team, so they can help you check your account and provide some insights about this behavior. As Spotify mods, we're not able to check our users' accounts, so the best way to go here is to contact Customer Support. You can find out how to contact them here.

Try to login on my laptop on the app and it does not allow me and leaves the above message. Mobile app on iPhone is OK
