My Question or Issue
I am unable to log into my Spotify account. I log in using my Google account normally, but now, whenever I attempt to log in, it says "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area". I have already checked a bunch of threads with similar problems and attempted their solutions, but none of them worked or were applicable to me.
Troubleshooting I've tried:
-Changing browsers. The issue appears in both Chrome and Firefox.
-Waiting. I've waited hours with no change.
-I haven't moved countries and am using the same device, so it's not an issue of too much time abroad.
-Clearing the cache and cookies.
-Logging in using a different account. I was able to log in with a separate account on this desktop, but my main account continues to give the error.
-Resetting my password. When I attempt to do so, no password reset e-mail gets sent.
-Checked Spotify's server status (server seems to be fine).
The account I'm posting this with is not the account with the problem. I can't even log into that account in order to post this message, and would rather not post the e-mail account publicly.
