Login issues earlier today - help forum question

Hey Team,
So most of us felt an issue to login to Spotify earlier today.
You can see it here https://downdetector.com/status/spotify/ and here https://www.reddit.com/r/spotify/comments/ke5lso/spotify_offline_for_anyone_else_atm/ for example.

The issue was resolved after about 30-60 minutes. So it's all good now.
My question is different, why the help forum about login issues (this "accounts" forum) require a login? This is the place that says to report login issue to your account, but if login does not work, you can post here to ask for help.

Please, can we make the "accounts" forum allow posting as guest?
so people could report login issue here as needed.
Remember the title of this forum is: "Get help with logging in, passwords, and account settings."

I tried to write this feedback in the support email, but I don't think they understood me.
