Lost ALL music and lists; Use Facebook

So, I've read through the forums and still can't figure out how to fix my problem: I've lost EVERYTHING on my Spotify account. I've always logged in through Facebook, using my FB login and password, using the standalone player. One night my friend logged out so he could play some of his music and when I tried logging back on I couldn't... I have been collecting playlists and favorites for almost 2-3 years now and I have lost EVERYthing... Please let me know what can be done... Seeing as how a lot of people are having this problem, I don't see why anyone would want to be a Premium subscriber...

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

These issues are almost always (and unknowingly) caused by duplicate accounts. I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form, including any email addresses you may have used to create your account and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back to your content.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you, Peter. I had tried that before and did indeed receive an automated Email. I did not however know that I could Email back, I'll try that...

After replying, someone will normally get back to you within 48 hours (at the weekend). If not, give us a shout here with your 8 digit case number and we can chase it up.
