Lost password, no longer have access to the attached email - support not responding

Hi All,

 

Sorry to resort to the community boards, I know this isn't exactly the place to recieve this kind of help.  I've submitted two tickets in regards to my issue, both recieved initial replys fun no follow up emails.  I sent back rensponses with all the requested information, but nobody responded.  I'm starting to wonder if they were even read...

 

Anyways, my issue is that I no longer have access to my account "iiatlas"  I forgot the password, but when I fill out the reset form I have aboslutelty NO clue which email it could be attatched to - I'm started to think it isn't attached to anything!  I am a spotify premium subscriber and just recently sent another payment, maybe this would help in regaining access to the account?

How long ago did you reply with the details? Since these cases are dealt with by a special team replies can take a little longer to come back.

One reply was two days ago, the other yesterday.  Whats the average response time?

Normally within 48 hours, but it can take a little longer at the weekends especially.

The support I've recieved has honestly been abismal.  This is not a process which should take upwards of 7 days.  I speak with a different "specialist" every email, and have sent the same information (regarding payment, emails, random addresses, reciepts) over at least 4 times now.  I have just sent yet another payment for spotify premium, but still do not have acess to my account.  What could possibly be taking so long here, and is there ANY way I can get this expedited?  I have many long drives to do and Spotify is the one way that I can tolerate them...

The same happened to me. I forgot my password an I no longer have access to the email account I used to sign up. My spotify username is gho5tog and the email i used to sign up is nusunelipr@thraml.com. Please help me.

o meu nome de Usuário no Spotify é "Boombaser" e o e-mail que eu uso era boombaser@hotmail.com
