Lost playlist after reinstalling Windows

Hello,

I just switched to a new computer. after installing and logging into spotify, i saw that all my information was gone (except for my facebook profile picture).

I tried logging in with both my facebook account and username. both were empty.

How do I get all my playlists and followers back?

I'm not terribly sure how you can regain your followers, but if any playlists were deleted it would show up in your account when you log into spotify online and view your account, then select the "Recover Playlists" section. Here's a link:
