Best way to explain this is to start from the begining.
When I first signed up to spotify I had been using it for awhile and actualy subscribed to the service. Now when I decided, oh I'll try linking my facebook account, and it was going fine until I found out something was posting something on my facebook page so I dectivated everything which then rest my account for some unknown reason and I lost my access to all of my playlists and my subscription benefits.
At this point I was fuming and decided to leave Spotify.
It's now been about two years, and I am having issues with my account. I submitted a support ticket over a week ago and have recieved no response about the issues.
I am looking to have this account deleted completly just because I don't want it to be a facebook account.
I have tried making an account under the name of Canio22, my original account name and because the account is linked etc with facebook it has restricted this name. So I not only want this account removed but also when it is done so that my original account name is available for me to use.

Created an account through FB years ago but didn't want to be linked and was annoyed by it. So after years of not using it, I created a new account. I am not able to use my mail e-mail and my real names because of that Facebook. Want to have my own name, and my own email back!
Only problem: My "new" account name with diffrent name than my real name is a premium one. Please please help me I am so annoyed
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
If you still have not gotten a reply:
Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.

All I want is for the account to be deleted so I can open a new one. Why is this so difficult to get done?
