Merge accounts

I can't access my premium account because the email I used, I no longer use. Can I merge a Coutts with the new email? What should I do?

Can you no longer access that email? What i mean is can you not sign in to that email. If you can sign in, you can simply change the email address in your Account Overview section and then you should be able to access your Premium account.

Hi Keanu_C, Thank you for your response, but unfortunately no I do not know
the password for that email address. The number that was connected to that
account I no longer have it. So trying to recover the password has been a
headache. Since I can't get into the email, I can't reset my spotify
account password. That is why I created a new spotify account and wanted to
know if there's anyway to merge the 2 accounts together.

If thats the case then you would have to contact Spotify by going to this Spotify Support Link and fill out the form explaining that you can't access your email and want to merge your Premium account and your new account into one.

Thank you very much. They were able to help me merge my accounts and now I
can listen to my old playlists.
