[Mobile][Developer] unable to login and update profile

Hi,

Unfortunately I am unable to log into my profile on the app, as it is saying I am abroad when I am not, I've tried to edit my profile as recommended but it still wont let me in. It's not premium but I have not had this problem before.

What do I do?

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?


If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version. Also, let me know if you're using a VPN.
