Move and new account? Bad joke...

Hey @johnny_dietulpe,

Unfortunately, there's no way around this.

If you move, you need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. Don’t forget to cancel the plan on your old account!

After you've done that, you could reach out to Support and have them transfer your playlists to your new account.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Maxim,

ive now created a second account and quit premium on the old one. How can I contact support now for the migration of my account data?

Thanks in advance
