My Question or Issue

 

I was living in the US when I originally subscribed for Spotify Premium, I have since moved back to Mexico and would like to change my country setting on my profile. I tried following the instructions given on the support page but my country remains greyed out and I'm unable to change it. How can I change my country in my profile settings?

Sorry to hear this! No worries, help’s here.

 

If you're on the free, ad-supported service you can use Spotify in a different country for up to 14 days.

To change your settings for the country you’re in:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE
  3. Scroll down to Country and select your new country from the dropdown list.
    Note: Your new country only shows when you’re actually there.
  4. Click SAVE PROFILE.

You can also upgrade to Premium to listen anywhere for as long as you want without having to change country settings.
