I'd recommend that you change your password and sign out everywhere.

Sounds like something that occured to me a while ago, someone was using my account without me noticing. Even though I was logged into spotify via Facebook(Which wasn't compromised)

Something that might be handy to check is if there are any "Offline Devices" under your account, you can check that here. Here you can also delete the offline devices.

If it keeps occuring I recommend to change your password once.
