My account has been blocked

My account has been blocked

My account is blocked and i dont know why? I can sign jn anymore and i dont get any reason why. I payed for each subscription for about 6 years now

recently, I logged out of my account, when I tried to log in again, it showed that such an email or account name was not linked, then I tried to register, but it showed me that the account with this data was already registered, I can't do anything, please help
