My account has been hacked!

My account has been hacked!

Hello everyone!

My Premium account has been hacked by somebody and the password and email address changed. 

The only way i can access my account is through my facebook.

 

I contacted support over two weeks ago and got a case number but since then i have heard nothing.

I really dont know what to do anymore, can somebody please help me?

If you didn't reply to the automated reply, please do so now and you should hear back from a human within 48 hours.

No worries. If you don't hear back, pop the case number here and someone will chase it up.

Just to clarify, i should reply to the no-reply adress?
