Hi,
My organicpanda account is showing as if it's a free account despite the fact it's been premium pretty much since Spotify launched in the UK (is Spotify dumping me!?). I've tried logging out/logging in and uninstalling/installing in the Windows client but it doesn't help. Luckily my iPhone version is still working properly. When I registered there was no Facebook integration so I'm not sure if that's causing the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I have the same problem as many of the others posting here. I'm reset to spotify free apparently due to failed payment, so I can't use spotify on my phone. I've reset my payment options but the same problem re-appears over and over again. I have sufficent funds so can't see why this keeps happening.
Would really appreciate the help!

Likewise, I can't see why your payment failed but you can check all the usual reasons in our FAQs
To make sure everything's ok I've also cleared out your payment details from the system. Try re-entering them again and seeing how you get on.

I'm also facing the same problem with my eija.mets account. I should have a complimentary Spotify Premium from a Finnish telecomm company Sonera but my accont shows up as free. Sonera seems to be incapable of doing anything about my problem. Maybe you could help me out?

Hi eijamets - It looks like you haven't had Premium on this account since October. Have you been able to use Premium features recently?

No I haven't, I've been trying to get help from Sonera, but all they can suggest is to change my password. This, of course does not help at all.
I filled in the form yesterday but haven't recceived any reply, apart from the automated response pointing me here and FAQ. Is there any use replying to that message?

I received an email from spotify telling me that my account sirdave64, required a password reset due to an unauthorised log in attempt. When I followed the link my username no longer worked, and I have a number 12124633143, as my username and it is a free account. It also has been linked to my FB profile without my authorisation - the profile pic is my FB pic (I never log in to anything via FB).
