My account is disabled and I want to enable it again

My account is disabled and I want to enable it again

This morning, I tried logging into my Spotify account to listen to music. I already knew something was up because I was randomly logged out. I checked my email for anything and I saw that my account was apparently disabled because of an unauthorized payment that had been recalled. Can someone tell me how to enable my account? I already sent a contact form and I've read that I have to reply but I'm confused.

I have the same problem. Have you gotten help?

 

Not quite yet. Support has emailed me again asking for more info about the account to help me enable it so I suggest emailing them. It seems they normally reply at around 4 AM.

Don't directly email the support team, contact them via this page and that will help the support team help you!

well i see you are having problems with your premium subscription, my best advice would be to contact Spotify and have them work it out. or, if you are willing, make a new account.
