My account may have been hacked

My account may have been hacked

I use Facebook to log in to Spotify and I've used Facebook exclusively to manage my Spotify account.  Today while listening to an album the song cut off and it showed that I was listening from another device, which wasn't the case.  I went into my account and realized that the email address, postal code, date of birth, etc.. was all incorrect.  I attempted to change this information but I was told my password was incorrect as well.  I would like to have this fixed because it appears that either someone has hacked my account or there has ben a mistake and my account and another person's account have been merged.  Please let me know how to proceed.
