My name is just a bunch of numbers and letters

I had this account for a long time now, and I just realized after I disconnected my facebook account from my spotify account my name suddenly changed to numbers and letters. Is there a way to revert this? I did reconnect my facebook account to my spotify account but that doesn't fix anything.

 

I did look up several articles and forums about this particular problem, but nothing works.

 

It would be very cool if you guys can help me out with this, thanks.
