Could you try restarting the device? If that doesn't help, could you try a different internet connection? Also, make sure Offline Mode is set to OFF by going to Home in the Spotify app > Settings > Playback > Offline set to OFF.

Since it's working with a different account, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support who can help transfer your content to the new account.
