My promo didn't apply - Mi promoción no se aplicó

I was using this link to get back to Spotify Premium for 3 months at $99 MXN but in the end, after they charges my credit card and I recieved my confirmation email they just gave me 1 month. I want my 3 months since your Landing  Page specified everywhere that it was for 3 months for going back to premium.

Usé este link para volver a Premium por 3 meses a $99 MXN, pero al final cuando me llegó mi correo de confirmación sólo me dieron 1 mes. Exijo mis 3 meses ya que en todos lados de la promoción decía que eran 3 meses por $99MXN para volver a premium, nisiquiera para usuarios nuevos.
