But when i try to get this its says :

Sorry, my fault.

There's an offer for former subscribers, if you can't subscribe, please contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.
If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

Unfortunately, if you had had Premium before you aren't eligible for the offer.

I was wondering the same thing. I had had the Premium account (forgot what exactly the name was) for 4,99 when I had to cancel because of banking related issues - or maybe my own lack of knowledge - back in February of this year. The add suggests that this is inteded to entice people back to subscribe again who already had a Premium account before and is therefore misleading if what you are saying is correct.

It says "Come back to Spotify" unless I am blind or something. Could you please be so kind and explain to me how "Come back to Premium with this nice offer" matches "This offer isn't eligible for anybody who had Premium before"?

I did as you suggested but so far I have not gotten an answer besides the automated response with a redirect to the community pages.

Meanwhile the same add comes up again and again, with the same result. It says on the tin that it's a limited offer but I suspect that's just all an underhanded way of tricking people to sign up regularly for a premium subscription again. Very disappointing - I might consider a subscription again but things like that really make me dislike the idea.

@utemia, you must reply to the automated mail you had received, then Support will contact you.

I did reply to it,  very early this morning before work.

Could it be because I had Spotify ultimate (or something like that) for 4,99 Euro/month? I got that subscription in 2013 - it doesn't exist anymore, but back then Premium for 9,99 had options that I didn't need (like mobile devices, offline).

Great!

Please, be patient, Support usually replies within 24-48 h.

Thnx for answers, I contact the support they said premium was kinda active until october so i wasnt able to accept the offer.

But they offered me the offer, so i still did get the 3 months for €9,99.
