My spotify user is connected to an unknown user

My spotify user is connected to an unknown user

Dear Spotify. I love you and I love my account and all my amazing playlists. Today, when I logged on spotify, none of my amazing playlists were there. My username was changed, and later I saw that my e-mail and password, music, starred songs and playlists were gone as well. All the playlists that were there now, was somebody elses. I was on another persons user! How did this happen, and can you please please please help me get my user back?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

It sounds like your account has somehow got connected to someone elses. 

 

If you have a dedicated Spotify username and password, then simply log in using those details and then go to Edit > Preferences > Disconnect from Facebook. 

 

You might also want to have a read at this post to see if those steps help you at all.
