Need help

Joined the premium for family, and cant nobody log into the account. How do i go about getting them logged on? Cause its not worth it if im the only one using it.....

Have you invited them to the Premium for Family plan yet? If not, you can do that by following the instructions from this page: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/premium-for-family/

Yes I have. But after they put all of their information in it starts over
like it's not accepting the invitation code
