New phone and playlists will not appear!

• I have a paid account.  i had an lg phone.  now i have a Samsung Note 5. I loaded the app on the Samsung. Logged in. And discovered that my playlist were not showing up. I have a paid account period both systems or Android. What am I doing wrong? How do I get my list back?

Hello!

Sorry you're having this problem. To start you off, use any other device (computer, another phone, tablet) and log on there to check if your playlists have been corrupted or not. Reply to me if they appear or not and I will be happy to get you through this.
