No card information fill out form

So I'm trying to update my payment method and the fill out form isn't loading at all. I've tried reloading the page, closing the browser, logging out, restarting computer, nothing. Someone help me.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with updating your bank card information on Spotify. This sounds like a cache problem with your browser. Have you cleaned your cache? Which browser are you currently using? Have you tried a different browser?

I've the same problem. This same error is repeated on chrome 49, firefox 45 and IE11: I can't change my payment details because it does not display the form field.

Sorry to hear that, have you tried "private browsing" mode or reinstalling firefox/chrome?
