My Question or Issue
One day my password seems to have been changed some how, and I didn't do it. I have access to the email adress of my Spotify account (which I have verified is correct), but when I try to reset the password I won't receive any mail. Nothing in the inbox, nothing in the spam folder and I don't have any other filtering folder. I have tried to reset via username - no email. I have tried to reset by entering my email - still nothing.
I am able to log in via the facebook-button, but I cannot change the password from inside, since the old password has been changed and is needed to make a new one. I don't have access to facebook in my workspace, so I am unable to login during workhours.
