Tenia una cuenta gratis registrada en Ecuador, me mudé a Alemania y la utilicé ( sin saber que solo serviría por 14 días) , luego no pude ingresar a la aplicación y deje de utilizar spotify por un tiempo. Recientemente pagué una suscripción para Spotify premium con una tarjeta de un banco alemán, pero no actualice antes el país. Ahora no me permite ingresar a la aplicación y tampoco me permite cambiar el país en mi cuenta. 

Leí en preguntas frecuentes que debo actualizar mi metodo de pago, pero no puedo hacerlo, ya que nunca antes había usado Premium y no tengo otro metodo de pago ( más que la cuenta alemana) 

espero puedan ayudarme, me urge utilizar el servicio.
