No response, Deactivated Facebook however can not log in to Spotify?! Help.

I have deactivated my Facebook profile and have no intentions on returning.  I understand I signed up using Facebook credentials, but since I no longer have a Facebook profile I can not use my Spotify Premium account.  

I have sent in a request form and still no response back.  I pay the 9.99 every month without using the service all because I am trying to keep my facebook deactivated.

 It is extremely frustrating not being able to login into Spotify on my iPhone, when 90% of my music I listen to is through Spotify.  I am on the verge of canceling my subscription and moving over to a competitor like Rdio if this issue does not get resolved.  If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

As your account was created through Facebook, we can't separate your Spotify and Facebook.

However, you can now create an account independent to Facebook if you'd like. We'd then be able to transfer your playlists and subscription over to your new account. Just get in touch with Customer Support, and we'll help you sort it out.
