Not able to log in on site

Hi. I want to cancel premium but i haven't been able to log in to the website to cancel it. It is saying my username/password is incorrect however i am able to log in to the App with the exact same password. I was hoping to cancel before i got charged but that has come and gone so now i am super annoyed.
