Offline when using cell data

My Question or Issue

Recently, my Spotify was always offline when using mobile phone data. If connecting wifi, it works normally. I tried logout and login again. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall again. Both didn’t work. What is possible root cause and solution?

Can you confirm that you have an iPhone 7, based on your description? Also, can you let me know your iOS version?

Thank you for help. Yes. My phone is iPhone 7 Plus. My iOS version is 12.3.1 . 

Actually, I realised that I was using Facebook to login Spotify. If I used my old Samsung phone to login Spotify, it works normally with both wifi and cellular data. (Use different SIM card)
