Only got one month instead of three spotify Premium

Hello today I heard an advertisment on spotify which said: "buy now spotify Premium for one month and get three month"
I did it but I got only one Month.
Please help and sorry for my bad english.

To get the 3 month promo you must have left Premium before April 19th, and not have used a similar promo in the past.

Also, it's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment card that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.
