Ordered Headspace - ended up with Family

Hello, I signed up on an offer through Facebook ads and tried ordering the subscription for 149 NOK per month. Everything seemed fine at first, but somehow I ended up with a family subscription instead (which is the same price as Headspace + premium). I was able to log in to Headspace with my Spotify account and it said it was linked together (see the attached screenshot), but the Headspace app is still in trial mode and my Spotify account page says I only have a family subscription. I had a Spotify premium subscription earlier, but now I can't find any way to switch back. Please help me change from Family subscription to Spotify Premium + Headspace subscription. Thank you.

@eriknois that's a really weird one.

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
