Overcharged

 I am being overcharged and would like a refund. Spotify's rule is that we have a right to get a refund within 14 days. This morning I was trying to switch to spotify premium for students and I've tried three times but Spotify can't seem to verify my student account so that means I have put my card information three times. I am being overcharged and I'm STILL using spotify free. I would like a full refund please.

Sorry to hear that you have been overcharged. Since we can't help you with this issue, you should contact Spotify using the contact form. Click 'Subscription', then 'Paid for Premium but I am still on Free'.
