PIN code unreadable!

My PIN code got scratched while I was trying to remove the cover on it. Could you provide me with a new one? It was a card worth 100 SEK

Just going to hide those details from your post to stop anyone else attempting to get a replacement on that card. If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will hopefully be able to lend a hand with this. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
