Paid for 3 month Summer Premium and it didn't work

I saw the promotion of £0.99 for 3 months over the summer for Spotify Premium. I paid for it to now realise that it was only that cheap for new users. That seems like false advertising as existing customers would also think it could be that cheap for them too. 

Also, I have been charged the 3 for 1 price for the summer of £9.99 for premium which is worthwhile, however PREMIUM DID NOT WORK. So therefore I have been charged for something I could not use.

This is downright awful Spotify, I suggest you sort it out and give me a refund.
