Paid for the next month, but Premium subscription ends today.

Paid for the next month, but Premium subscription ends today.

Hi,

 

I signed up 3 months ago under the €9,99 for 3 months deal. However, I thought I had ended my subscription this month, but it turns out Paypal has already automatically paid for the next month. So I tried to cancel it again, but now it says my subscription ends today but I already paid for it! HELP. Can I get my money back?

Hello!

 

There has been subscription problems recently.

 

I'd reccomend you to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form.


If you get an automated message in response directing you to the community or help pages, you need toreply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply address). This way one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
