I am trying to upgrade my account from a solo account to a duo account.  When I do, it says my password is incorrect.  I have reset the password, and I'm still getting the same error.  I have deleted the app from my phone, reinstalled it, logged in with the email address and the new password, and it is still not working.  Any help would be appreciated.

Just to confirm, are you having issues signing in to the app? Or, are you able to log in to the app and seeing the message there when trying to change the subscription?

 

It's worth resetting your password again via this page, just to ensure everything is up-to-date. If you're trying to log in to the app with the new password for the first time, try entering your login details manually, as this should sync your info.

 

We can also suggest having a look through the device's password settings, to check if the previous one for your Spotify account might be saved there. In that case, try removing it and then give the app's sign-in page another try.
