Hi, I'm trying to shift to Spotify Family and I am asked to create and confirm a password for the device I am using, but when I do so, a message in red appears that says:
"A problem occured while creating your password".
I tried changing the password. I tried doing this on another computer. I can't seem to solve the problem. Can anyone help me please? 🙂

Hey @SovqiPeu,
To start/use a Premium for Family subscription, you don't need a device password. If you still would like to create a device password, you can do it here: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security§ion=per_app_passwords&view

Hey,
Thanks for the quick response.
The thing is the Family subscription is already made, and I've been invited in the "family account" as another member. Apparently, all members of a "family account" need there own user name and password in order to be able to use Spotify at the same time than other members without disconnecting them.
That's right, all members need to have their own account. It doesn't really have anything to do with device passwords 🙂
If other family members don't have an account yet, they can sign up here: https://spotify.com/signup
Ok thanks, but it was actually a password for the creation of my own account. Nevermind, I tried to log in with the password with which "a problem occured" and it worked... So, problem solved.
However, I have now another question:
All my saved artists and songs are now on the administrator account, but not on mine anymore. How can get them back?
I don't think that it's possible to transfer that kind of stuff, sorry.
Ok, thank you for your help 🙂
