My Question or Issue

Hi, I recently got logged out of my spotify account randomly while listening to music. I tried logging back in but I forgot my password. I used the password reset but it said it was invalid everytime I did it. I used incognito but that didnt seem to work either. When I tried logging into my account on my laptop, it said my account didnt exist and I wasnt able to reset my password.
