Password wont work

I switched phone service and got a new phone and I can't get my spotify to work. I reset the password and when I try to login it says wrong password and I have premium service.

Hi @Ronnie5,

Have you tried reinstalling the app? You can follow the instructions here to do that.

Don't forget that when using the mobile app you have to enter - as the label says - your username and NOT your registered email.

Also, are you able to login everywhere else?
