Paying for Premium by cannot access it

Paying for Premium by cannot access it

 

I recently upgraded my free account to premium and was charged for it on my card but i cannot access it! It is beyond frustrating. I have sent it a forum but have yet to hear anything back. Also all the playlists i have created in the free version have disappeared!! please help! I really want to be able to listen to music offline bc i am burning through my data so fast.

Sounds like you logged in with the wrong credentials. What username is shown on the email receipt from spotify?

i am logging in with the same username as the one i have been using since i created my account and still nothing. The username on the emailed receipt is also the same one i am trying to login in with. 

Sigh.........Is the username on your receipt the same as shown under "username" on this page? What does it say under subscription status there?
