Paying for premium but account still shows free

Paying for premium but account still shows free

I've tried reinstalling and loging out. I don't have the original receipt with user name. I do have an email stating "welcome to premium, tip 3 of 3". Very annoyed I can't call or email customer service!

Log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

Check the status of your subscription here:
 
 
and also check your receipts here:
 

 

Logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, and not your email address, to login back to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
