Spotify premium subscription does not accept my number (Prefix: +63956) but works when I try my old number. I cannot get a pin from this number. How can I fix this?

In this case, can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, refreshing and give it one more try? It would also worth a shot trying from an incognito window or a different browser/device.
