Paying too much ??

Hi,

im a bit new to this and definitely new to the forum but hopefully you can help.

i am paying £12.99 a month for premium through the apple store.

looking on the website i can see that premium is being displayed as £9.99 following a month free trial onwards.

am i being overcharged?

But i have being paying this amount for a good 6 months ....

do they have a customer support line or something because if i have been overpaying i would like to resolve this and find out why and what they are going to do about it lol.

Hi @theonlyzimcat!

The reason you where paying 12.99 is because Apple calculates a few % to earn money per transaction.

If you buy Premium directly via the Spotify website, you don't have to pay fees to Apple, that's why there's a difference of amount.

To cancel your Apple Spotify subscription, please follow this link.

Then you should be able to buy Premium through Spotify.com!
