Spotify doesn't offer telephone customer support at all. The online contact form and Social Media Accounts are the only way to get in touch with Spotify Customer Support.
Well I have tried multiple times to contact them and I have yet to get any information back. I just would like my money back at this point. I did not even receive the services, they just took my money!
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
I have not received anything at all. I am not sure what else to do at this point. I guess I will contact my bank and see if they can do anything.
