Hello there;

 

It's been almost 5 months that i have premium account but since last week, i keep getting e-mails that my payment wasn't a success and i have to update my payment info. BUT whenever i try to update it, it says i have a problem with my bank which i don't. I've tried several different credit cards but it keeps saying there's something wrong with my bank.

 

I need help as soon as possible!

This doesn't sound right! Can you try again after clearing the cache/cookies in your browser/ trying via another broswer or in the incognito window in your current one?

It didn't work, and still doesn't work. I'll go mental.

I am trying to pay and the keeps refusing. 

Really really annoying.

Have you contacted your bank to check if there is an issue with your card? Like, reaching its expiration date for example...
