My Question or Issue

Hi - a few days ago I received a notice that my payment could not be processed and I needed to update my information. When I went and checked, it was all correct. Then I noticed the payment in fact had gone through. Today I got a notification that downloaded albums was a Premium feature, and I had to upgrade my subscription. But I'm already a Premium subscriber. What gives with the incorrect notifications all of a sudden?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Could you check if the payment is visible on your account page in the Receipts section? Use a web browser to open the account page.

 

If the payment is not visible there, it either has not been successful or it was not for that account. In the first case you should contact the payment provider for more info on the payment, in the second case you can check out this FAQ on how to find out, if you have multiple accounts.
