Playlist / Premium account gone

I just started paying for premium and realized Spotify was posting without my permission, once I adjusted that on Facebook, I went to log in and my premium paid acount was gone along with my playlists and personel prefrences. These forums had me believe I had to re-install and de-link my facebook account (I did re-install, there was no option for de-link of FB) I filed for support with no responce (ID # 01447999) and I even wrtoe back the do-not-reply. Very frustrating and dissapointing service for a paying user.

Can I get my playlists back? Will this happen before my next billing cycle or an important listening time that needs offline soon? Is there anyone on here who can help?

*edit: also did clean install, etc.

I recomend others try to contact their twitter support, they sorted this issue out for me.

Same problem. No one is helping.

Does sound like your Facebook account has been duplicated somehow. How long ago did you get in touch?

@FrancescoMartin After contacting their Twitter support a bit ago, someone has reached out, but no soutions have been provided. 

@Peter Not too many days, is there some arbiuarty amount of days I have to wait to get contacted? It's odd as I am still being charged for the time. Any ideas with the duplication?
 

You should normally get a reply within 48 hours but it can take a little longer at the weekends depending on what team are dealing with your case. If you don't hear anything back by the end of the day on Monday, drop a reply here and I will escalate it further for you.
